To give excellent service, you need excellent people—a statement that Enderun Hospitality Management (EHM) has kept close throughout its years in the business. It’s a statement that was reinforced recently with the welcoming of Emil Ekberg as EHM’s new Corporate Director of Rooms in December of last year.
A results-oriented and customer-centric professional, Ekberg has a decade of experience leading luxury properties and developing best-in-class teams under his belt. Prior to joining the EHM team, he worked as the Director of Guest Services/Relations and Online Reputation for The Waldorf Astoria in New York City. He was also the Operations Manager of The Towers of the Waldorf Astoria, as well as Housekeeping Manager previously.
As Director of Rooms, Ekberg will closely work with the teams that fall under the Rooms Division of all EHM-managed properties such as Privato Hotel in Pasig, Midas Hotel and Casino in Pasay, and Misibis Bay in Albay among others. He will be responsible for overseeing the management of the rooms and facilities, and ensuring that each establishment’s service and online reputation uphold the highest standards.
